PAYMENT: Currently I accept PayPal. Credit and Debit cards may be used through PayPal and you do not need a PayPal account to pay using these options.
SHIPPING: I will ship via Standard Canada Post Shipment 1-2 days once payment is received. You should receive your jewelry 2-10 business days after shipping, depending on how far it is. If you would like faster shipping, just send me a message and I can get you a quote of how much the additional charge will be.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I am willing to ship international. If you are interested in an item, send me a message and I will calculate the shipping charges. Or you can pay and after the shipment, if the cost was less, I'll return the difference. For international shipping the buyer is responsible for all import or customs fees and charges.
CUSTOM ORDERS: If you would like to change the color or have jewelry custom made please contact me. I do require a 50% deposit before starting any custom orders. Please allow at least 2 weeks for custom orders to be finished and shipped.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES: Each piece is created with the utmost care and highest standards and customer satisfaction is the highest priority. I do guarantee my work, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please e-mail me within 30 days before returning the product and I will remedy the situation. Product must be returned in the same condition it was sent. If we can't work anything out and you want to return it, you can ship the item back to me within 30 days, and when I have received it I will refund your money minus the shipping charges.
If you buy an item and it should happen to break or need repair, you can ship it back to me and I will fix it free of charge, but you will be responsible for the shipping charges.
